About Your Yoga Instructor

Magan Dabral is a yoga educator and holistic wellness coach with over 8 years of teaching experience. Born and raised in the Himalayan mountains of Uttarakhand, he developed an early connection with nature and traditional wellness practices, which inspired his journey into yoga.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga, a Diploma in Yoga, and a Diploma in Naturopathy. His approach combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific understanding to make wellness practical and accessible.

Magan specializes in yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, posture correction, mobility training, and holistic lifestyle guidance, helping individuals achieve lasting physical health, mental balance, and overall well-being.
